Enrollment in the Emerge™ Platform can be initiated by the Patient/Parent or Healthcare Provider.
How it works

Submit an information request form, and we’ll coordinate with your physician to order the test.

Provide a saliva sample from home

Your DNA is sequenced and your doctor receive a report in 4 weeks

Meet with a genetic counselor to discuss your results/next steps
